• The Team Lead, Internal supports the business in providing oversight on the Enterprise-wide Control environment.
• The role will be responsible for supporting the organization's achievement of its corporate objectives by evaluating and ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of Tangerine Control environrnent.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in a finance-related, or numerate discipline.
• Mirimum of 5 — 7 years post-graduate experience in a related area (Risk, Audit S Internal Control) within the financial services sector.
• Basic knowledge of IT system control is required.
• Knowledge of Insurance business would be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of Insurance product offerings (development, dependencies, features etc.)
• Professiorxal certification in accounting and/or Risk management from a recognised professional body (e.g. CFA CGMA, ACCA, ICAN etc.)

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor degree in engineering, Estate Management or a related discipline
• An MBA or Master's degree in a related field will be an added advantage
• Relevant professional qualifications from recognized professional bodies eg. (IFMA, NIM etc.)
• 5 — 7 Years experience working in the insurance or equivalent industry
• Experience with using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools eg. Dynamics, Navision, etc
• Must be analytical and able to use Excel very well and other MS suites.
