The Team Lead, Internal supports the business in providing oversight on the Enterprise-wide Control environment.
The role will be responsible for supporting the organization's achievement of its corporate objectives by evaluating and ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of Tangerine Control environrnent.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in a finance-related, or numerate discipline.
Mirimum of 5 — 7 years post-graduate experience in a related area (Risk, Audit S Internal Control) within the financial services sector.
Basic knowledge of IT system control is required.
Knowledge of Insurance business would be an added advantage
Good knowledge of Insurance product offerings (development, dependencies, features etc.)
Professiorxal certification in accounting and/or Risk management from a recognised professional body (e.g. CFA CGMA, ACCA, ICAN etc.)
