    Sales Supervisor, Modern Trade

    • We're hiring a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead our Modern Trade division. This role entails managing a sales team, driving growth through modern retail channels, and ensuring effective sales strategy execution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage sales representatives to achieve targets.
    • Develop strategic sales plans to expand market share in modern trade.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure satisfaction.
    • Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer preferences for growth opportunities.
    • Analyze sales data to optimize strategies and enhance profitability.
    • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and initiatives.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • 5+ years in modern trade sales management with proven revenue growth.
    • Strong leadership to motivate and develop teams.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinker with analytical prowess in sales and market trends.
    • Knowledgeable in retail operations, consumer behavior, and competition.

    Junior Sales Analyst

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in business administration, finance, Statistics, or marketing
    • 1-3 Years using various BI tools, MS excel and PowerPoint.
    • Certificates in data analysis and data base management
    • Basic ability to draw concise well supported recommendations based on detailed analysis of the given issue.
    • Good at time management, professional behavior and quick to respond.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong listening skills; ability to interact with senior executives.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw connections and make hypotheses based on available data.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Generate and analyze data from Company Software to daily, weekly, and month-end reports for internal/external needs
    • Prepare PPT slides for sales and operation meetings (SOP) for the Business managers (national and Int’l)
    • Generate and clean-up data to prepare Sales reports, trends performance and market intelligent reports across regions.
    • Work with sales team and Management Stakeholders on Budget/sales/target planning.
    • Developing of reporting templates to support short/long term objectives of the business.
