    Aviation Advisor M/F

    • SPIE Services Nigeria Limited is currently looking for Aviation Advisor to join its work force in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

    His/her task shall include:

    • Present executive safety results
    • Issue safety alerts in case of major deviations observed.
    • Ensure conformity with Group and legislative safety directives and rules pertaining to Company Aviation operations
    • Perform regular HSE / SQM meeting with contractors
    • Demonstrate personal commitment to the HSE Policy and application of TOTAL referential
    • Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with all relevant Statutory and Company HSE standards
    • Actively participate in Company safety awareness and initiative schemes.
    • Carry out Incidents/Occurrences report and analysis, keep track of aviation incident in Synergi.
    • Perform regular audits and define action plans, as well as issue quality assurance reports.
    • Fulfil the role of specialist for Aviation operations thereby providing advice and expertise for specifications of Air support and technical inspections of aircrafts (fixed and rotary wings).
    • Liaise with helicopter operating managers to ensure safe and efficient operations
    • Participates in Aviation Strategy development
    • Maintain accurate and satisfactory accounting, audit and administration trail. Monitor the achievement of agreed objectives and correct
    • To have a minimum of 10 years of experience as an airline captain/pilot or Maintenance engineering or operations or airworthiness manager in civil aviation
    • To have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in offshore helicopter company
    • To hold an international aviation auditor certificate or to have graduated from an air safety academy
    • To possess a good knowledge of all developments in Nigerian aviation legislation, technical innovations, market developments and performance levels. Keep line management advised and monitor same

    Field Execution Team Supervisor M/F

    Job description

    SPIE Services Nigeria Limited is currently looking for a Field Execution Team  Supervisor to join its work force in Nigeria.

    • Responsible for all Field Execution Team activities and monitoring work activities to ensure that craft personnel adhere to client safety standards.
    • Ensures that all required documentation associated with the Work Management System and Permit to Work System is available for tasks execution and/or review by client or other parties as needed.
    • Supervises and/or coordinates with other contractors to achieve safe and efficient execution of tasks.
    • Coordinates personnel, materials, tools, consumables, and equipment to meet project schedules.
    • Monitors repair or construction fabrication activities to ensure high work efficiency, quality, and workmanship meet project standards and client specifications.
    • Schedules work activities and manpower requirements to meet required completion dates for tasks assigned to Field Execution Team.
    • Manages the day-to-day activities of field crew, including standard client-required administrative tasks, for all site activities under his area of responsibility.
    • Prepares lifting plans on time for simple or complex lifting activities related to the site activities. Submits plans to client timely for approval to ensure safe and efficient operation of tasks.
    • Delegates functional responsibilities to field execution staff, that are appropriate, for supervision and control of construction activities and further oversees their performance.
    • Attends meetings with client, contractor, sub-contractors, and vendors to review work site progress (on frequency defined by the client) and addresses any support needed.
    • Works with other supervisors, client engineering staff, and asset leadership to review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and survey of site locations for constructability considerations.
    • Works with the Shutdown team to prepare work packs, materials, and documentation for all jobs related to Field Execution Team during planned shutdown.

    Profile

    The holder of this post must have the following qualifications:

    • Must have worked in a similar role before in an offshore environment.
    • Must have experience managing multi skilled teams.
    • Must have a strong safety work culture and be a proactive safety leader.
    • Must be able to manage several work fronts at the same time.

    Material & Tools Coordinator M/F

    Job description

    • Day-to-day field work and supervision, preparation of overall plans and ensuring safe work practices are being followed.
    • Assist with weekly, monthly tracking, reporting, and reviewing for ( General tools, especial tool and lifting gear ).
    • Assist in maintaining excel equipment forecasting and tracking sheets.
    • Track rental equipment orders and on/off rents for equipment
    • Ensure equipment meets application and advise when equipment does not or if other equipment may be better suited for requested application
    • Assist with policy updates and writing policies for equipment and tools use on site as other areas as requested
    • Assist contractor in coordinating equipment for maintenance with other contractors, ensuring that equipment is serviced in a timely fashion
    • Supervise field activities related to daily tasks to ensure proper handling of especial tools.
    • Ensure equipment meets the requirements certification and track certification expiration date to ensure tools and equipment always available and certified.
    • Note all other points found on the Excel sheet , CSR Responsible will change to ( Tools / Materials coordinator ).

    Profile

    The candidate must have been a CSR or Maintenance Supervisor on a GMC (General Maintenance Contract) for a minimum of 5 years.

    • Compliance with KPI's
    • Maintenance planning and scheduling
