    Business Development Executive

    Salary: 100,000 - 150,000 + Commission & Benefits

    Job Description: A skilled and experienced Business Development Officer is needed In a FINTECH Company who can promote the company's product and service using different sales Strategies at different locations to work towards business expansion and revenue goals, as well as being responsible for Agent recruitment, training, branding, and management.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Generate new business leads for the company

    • Initiate and maintain strong conversation with prospective clients and customers

    • Identify new businesses for the company which suit its products and services

    • Researching for organisations and companies for business partnership.

    • Planning and overseeing new business initiatives

    • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

    • Researching the needs of companies and learning who makes decisions

    • Monitor, review and analyse strategies in marketing, sales, advertising and other fields of operations.

    • Develop and prepare presentations for prospective clients

    Finance Manager

    Salary: 200,000 - 250,000

    Job Description: We are looking for a Finance Manager for our client, a FINTECH Company. The Finance Manager will be responsible for the financial management of the company, budget planning, and supports the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.  

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information

    • Predicting future financial trends relating to Fintech industry

    • Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted

    • Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.

    • Developing long-term business plans based on these reports

    • Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets

    • Developing strategies that work to minimise financial risk

    • Analysing market trends and competitors

    Job Requirements: 

    • HND/BSc Qualifications or Masters Degree in Accounting or Financial management.

    • Minimum of 2 years experience in Fintech industry and 5 years overall experience in Finance Management.

    • Ability to coordinate the Finance Department with the required resources;

    • Ability to report to the Board of Directors;

    • Ability to deliver on the required KPI and ensure error-free job roll-out;

    Salary: 250,000 - 300,000 

    Job Description: We are looking for a Business Analyst for our client, a FINTECH Company. The successful candidate will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Assist In capturing business requirements and subsequently developing use case-based specifications.

    • Collecting, processing and analyzing data to support business/operation managers

    • Responsible for traditional systems analysis, data analysis, business requirements analysis and product process management within a software environment

    • Translate business needs to IT solutions, by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical and, when necessary, testing tasks of our software products.

    • Assist in developing test cases and performing user acceptance testing (UAT); ensures validation of business requirements with documented results.

    • Collaborates with cross-functional teams providing insight for new products, services, technology, and processes.

    • Working on sales data analysis and generating reports and strategy documents. In addition, this position will include business promotion activities, process development to drive continuous growth and improvement of sales.

    Job Requirements:

    • Degree in an analytical, quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering

    • Previous Business Analysis experience (5 years +) working within a software delivery environment / FINTECH

    • Project Management certification (PMP) is a plus

    • Ability to collaborate with business partners and project managers to define, prioritize, and deliver programs and projects is considered a bonus

    • Data analysis skills to quickly understand, depict, and resolve complex business problems, conduct cost/benefit analysis, and develop alternative solutions and recommendations are an added advantage

    • Previous Business Analysis experience (3 years +) working within a software delivery environment / FINTECH

    • Experience in digital or mobile solutions would be advantageous as well as experience in Financial Services

    • Ability to synthesize, display and present complex business processes & data into simple and compelling stories is considered a plus Ability to work with deadlines, frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.

    • Superior problem-solving through applying analytical and critical thinking skills
