    Front Desk Sales Personnel

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Providing information about products or services, explaining features and benefits, and guiding customers through the sales process.
    • Handling reservations, appointments, or bookings as needed.
    • Processing transactions, handling cash or credit card payments, and issuing receipts.
    •  Managing phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries, and providing information to customers.

    • Excellent communication skills 
    • 1-3years experience in sales and marketing.
    • Good knowledge of basic sales techniques and also ability to up sale and cross sale products
