    Talent Development Lead

    Description

    • Reliance Health is seeking a passionate and skilled Talent Development Officer to join our team. The Talent Development Officer will play a pivotal role in driving the learning and development initiatives within the organization, focusing on identifying talent needs, designing training programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
    • Learning and Development Policies: Collaborate with the Talent Development Lead to create/revise Learning and Development policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals, performance management metrics, and best practices. 
    • Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Conduct thorough Training Needs Analyses (TNAs) to identify skill gaps, performance deficiencies, and learning opportunities across the organization. 
    • Curriculum Development: Assist in the development of comprehensive training curricula based on the findings of TNAs, aimed at addressing identified skill gaps, enhancing employee competencies, and supporting organizational objectives. 
    • Training Program Implementation: Support the implementation of structured training programs to equip employees with the necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies identified in TNAs, fostering their professional growth and supporting organizational goals. 
    • Onboarding Curriculum Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of effective onboarding curricula to ensure new employees receive the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources for a successful transition into their roles within Reliance Health. 
    • Communication and Training Delivery: Support in communicating changes to policies, procedures, and training initiatives by sharing clear and comprehensive communications and assisting in conducting training sessions for relevant stakeholders. 
    • LMS Utilization: Ensure proper utilization of the Learning Management System (LMS) to align with outlined actions in the talent development plan, thereby enhancing metrics and streamlining processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness. 
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including People Partners, Division Leads, and senior leadership, to align talent development efforts with organizational needs and objectives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. 
    • Previous experience in talent development, learning and development, or organizational development preferred. 
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to support talent development initiatives. 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems. 
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 
    • Certification in talent development or related field is a plus.

    Chief of Staff

    We are currently hiring a Chief of Staff role to support our Executive Team, as well as work closely with our internal divisions.

    The candidate will be expected to work across a wide range of projects and initiatives, both internal and external, to help best leverage our executives' time, while acting as a trusted advisor and sparring partner, helping to structure and challenge the executive team’s thinking and coherently articulate the businesses’ strategy, reporting and analyses.

    • Handle special, high-impact projects and initiatives as the need arises and ultimately ensure the timely completion of such.
    • Manage and streamline multi-platform communications for the Executive Office by reviewing and filtering content before escalation. Serve as the first point of review for materials, ensuring relevance and clarity. Additionally, provide initial feedback to leaders on key matters before they are presented to the Executive Office.
    • Support the Executive Office by tracking key tasks, ensuring accountability, and assessing progress toward agreed goals. Organize daily logistics, meetings, and emails while helping prioritize business matters for maximum efficiency.
    • Serve as a strategic sparring partner to the Executive Office to discuss and debate strategic options.
    • Help create documentation for fundraising, board meetings, key stakeholder/partner meetings, etc.
    • Act as the Executive office's proxy in some decision making.

    Requirements

    • Consulting experience with a focus on strategic/operations management.
    • Strong business and analytical skills as well as financial acumen; experience with budget management and resource allocation.
    • Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions.
    • Agility and entrepreneurial ability.
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills and executive presence.
    • Previous experience in a Chief of Staff (ideally) or a project management role.
    • Proven leadership skills in order to work well with others.
    • Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on inter-departmental communication.
    • Ability to read people, understanding their emotions and intentions in the day-today operations of an office.
    • Exposure to emerging markets (nice to have).
    • Exposure to Healthcare / HealthTech / Insurance (nice to have).
