    B2B Sales Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Researching the target industry to discover prospecting opportunities 
    • Planning and executing cold outreach in the form of emails and calls to attract new leads 
    • Reaching out to prospects through calls or emails to assess their needs
    • Nurturing the leads and understanding their issues inside out 
    • Conducting product demos and handling questions, rejections, objections 
    • Relationship management with multiple decision-makers and stakeholders to add value
    • Negotiating and closing multiple sales deals to achieve high revenue
    • Managing all B2B selling operations and activities within a particular territory or zone or industry 

    Requirements

    • BSc/HND in any related field
    • 3 years experience in FMCG Sales

    Modern Sales Executive(Lagos Island)

    Job Description

    • Responsible for all Sales and efficient Distribution activities in the assigned territory.
    • Responsible for implementing and driving sales and distribution initiatives in the assigned territory.
    • Responsible for Customers Order Management and Sales to achieve Volume and Value Targets.
    • Responsible for sales promotional strategy implementation, execution and evaluation.
    • Responsible for Customers performance review in Value and Volume as against target
    • Recommend appropriate Strategies to improve sales and achieve customers’ targets.
    • Responsible for handling all Customers complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
    • Gather market intelligence report on competitors’ activities within the assigned Territory.
    • Give feedback to the company on customers’ response to company products and other activities.
    • Execute and supervise all brand and trade activation and support activities in the territory.
    • Ensure timely update on competitors’ activities and report same to the management.
    • Carry out all market activations in the Territory in accordance with the company policy.
    • Responsible for efficient utilisation of company assets in the assigned territory.
    • Manage sales team through accompaniments to enhance performance.
    • Recommend on the job training for the team
    • Participate in the development of training materials for the sales force.
    • Hold regular monthly review meeting with team to develop strategies to grow the business.
    • Prepare Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly sales and distribution report according to company standards.

    Requirements
    Eligible candidate should possess the following skills & knowledge:

    • Strong leadership skills
    • 3 years experience in Modern Trade FMCG sales
    • Good oral & written communication skills.
    • Negotiation skills.
    • Relationship Management skills
    • Excellent team player and team builder, with good organizational skills.

    Territory Sales Manager(Open Market)

    Responsibilities

    • Traveling throughout an assigned territory to train and guide company sales representatives.
    • Maintaining solid working relationships with customers by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
    • Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by persuading customers within an assigned territory to purchase company products and services.
    • Analyzing sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales and marketing techniques.
    • Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory.
    • Conducting surveys to better understand customer needs.
    • Attending trade shows to promote company products and services.
    • Ensuring that brand awareness within an assigned territory meets company expectations.

    • Monitoring competitors’ sales activity within an assigned territory.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
    • Proven work experience in Open Market FMCG sales as a manager
    • Proven experience working as a territory sales manager .
    • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
