Job Specifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting from a reputable university.
• 7- 10 years of Fintech experience with a minimum of three (3) years of banking.
• Should reside in Lekki or environs.
• Analytical skills for auditing and investigation purposes.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in policy and regulatory interpretation and implementation

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Provide insights into key financial metrics and trends to the executive team.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial forecasts to guide the organization's financial planning.
• Oversee the preparation of regular financial reports, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Present financial reports to the executive team, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential challenges.

Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field;
• 10 years of experience as a finance manager with a minimum of 3 years  in the Fintech industry 
• MBA or professional finance certification (e.g., CFA, CPA
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic decision making
• Knowledge of business acumen
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive financial strategies and plans.
• Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to make informed financial decisions
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards.
• Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
•  Oversee banking relationships, monitor account balances, and initiate fund transfers as needed.

Job Specification:

• BSc. in Finance or related field.
• 5- 7 years experience, FinTech inclusive
• Professional certification (CFA, CIMA, ICAN) is a plus.
• Strong financial knowledge and skills.
• Proficiency in financial software.
