    General Manager, Human Resources (GM HR)

    Location: Akanu Ibiam International Airport (AIIA), Enugu

    Our Client, Aero Alliance, is transforming Akanu Ibiam International Airport into a modern, efficient, customer-focused and globally competitive aviation hub. We are seeking an accomplished, strategic and results-oriented Human Resources leader to drive our people strategy and build a high-performing workforce that will support the Airport\'s long-term vision.

    The Opportunity

    The General Manager, Human Resources will provide strategic leadership for all human capital and administrative functions, ensuring the Airport attracts, develops, engages and retains exceptional talent. Reporting to Executive Management, the role will champion organisational development, workforce planning, leadership development, performance management, employee relations, HR governance and organisational culture while ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws, aviation regulations and international best practices.

    What You'll Do

    • Develop and implement the Airport\'s Human Capital Strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
    • Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
    • Drive organisational effectiveness, culture transformation and employee engagement.
    • Oversee performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, HR operations and industrial relations.
    • Provide strategic HR advisory support to Executive Management.
    • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, aviation regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.
    • Build a high-performing, future-ready workforce capable of delivering operational excellence.

    What We\'re Looking For

    • Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Law or a related discipline.
    • A Master\'s Degree (MBA, M.Sc. Human Resources, Industrial Relations or related field) is highly desirable.
    • Professional membership of CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, CIPD or an equivalent recognised HR professional body.
    • Minimum of 15 years\' progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
    • Proven experience leading HR transformation, organisational development and change management initiatives.
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws, HR best practices and corporate governance.
    • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication and strategic decision-making skills.
    • Experience in aviation, transportation, infrastructure, hospitality or other highly regulated industries will be an added advantage.

    General Manager, Finance (GM Finance)

We are seeking an accomplished, strategic and commercially astute finance executive to lead the Airport\'s financial management and support its long-term growth and sustainability.

    The Opportunity

    The General Manager, Finance will provide strategic leadership for the Airport\'s finance function, ensuring sound financial governance, planning, reporting, treasury management, budgeting, revenue optimisation and regulatory compliance. Reporting to Executive Management, the role will serve as a trusted business partner, providing financial insight that supports informed decision-making, operational excellence and sustainable growth.

    What You\'ll Do

    • Develop and implement the Airport\'s financial strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
    • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, treasury and cash flow management.
    • Oversee financial reporting, statutory compliance and internal financial controls.
    • Drive revenue assurance, cost optimisation and financial sustainability initiatives.
    • Provide strategic financial advice to Executive Management on investments, capital projects and commercial opportunities.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, IFRS and corporate governance standards.
    • Build and lead a high-performing finance team while promoting continuous improvement and financial discipline.

    What We\'re Looking For

    • Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
    • A Master\'s Degree (MBA, MSc Finance or equivalent) is highly desirable.
    • Professionally qualified Accountant with membership of ICAN, ACCA, CPA or an equivalent recognised professional body.
    • Minimum of 15 years\' progressive finance experience, including at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
    • Demonstrated experience in financial strategy, budgeting, treasury management, financial reporting, business performance and enterprise financial governance.
    • Strong knowledge of IFRS, Nigerian tax laws, financial regulations and corporate governance.
    • Excellent leadership, analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience in aviation, airports, transportation, infrastructure, hospitality or other highly regulated industries will be an added advantage.
