    IT Support Assistant (Graduate Trainee)

    Job Description

    • Installing and configuring computer hardward, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
    • Monitoring and Maintaning computer systems and networks
    • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
    • Providing technical support across the company. ( This may be in person or over the phone)
    • Setting up accounts for new users
    • Testing new technology
    • Repairing and replacing equipment parts where possible.

    Eligibility Criteria

    • HND / BSc in any Computer Science / Engineering or related field
    • Not More than 26 years of age by April 2023
    • Must have graduated with a minimum of Second-Class Lower/LowerCredit
    • Must have completed NYSC as at the time of application
    • 0 - 2 years of experience

    Human Resources (HR) Officer (Graduate Trainee)

    Job Description

    • Participate in Recruitment and Talent Retention efforts.
    • Manage relationship with employment agencies; ensure recruitment/selection policies and processes are adhered to. Also ensure the best and most suited talents are short-listed for job interviews.
    • Assist in the management and coordination of employee engagement programs; coordinate employee surveys and follow through implementation of management decisions.
    • Assist with coordinating probation and confirmation processes.
    • Assists with the roll-out of the PMS process
    • Assist with the planning and coordination of HR projects and initiatives.

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Not More than 26 years of age by April 2023
    • HND / B.Sc in any Management Sciences / Social Sciences or related field
    • Must have graduated with a minimum of Second-Class Lower / LowerCredit
    • Must have completed NYSC as at the time of application
    • 0 - 2 years of experience.
