    FI Sales Executive

    Mission for this Role

    • To acquire, manage, and grow partnerships with fintech's, remittance companies, and financial institutions globally, leveraging Multigate's cross-border rails for payments in and out of Africa. The FI Sales Executive must have strong global fintech ecosystem relationships, technical understanding of payments, remittances, and stablecoins, and deliver measurable impact.

    Key Outcomes

    • Partnership Acquisition & Growth: Secure 5-7 additional remittance and fintech API clients in the first year
    • Revenue & Volume Targets: Onboard API clients to drive $30m+ monthly volumes
    • Strategic Relationship Development: Leverage Tier-1 network; generate 10+ qualified introductions per quarter.
    • Market Intelligence & Product Alignment: Provide fintech and cross-border remittance insights monthly; validate at least 2 client-driven feature requests per quarter.
    • Cross-Functional Execution: Complete onboarding within ≤45 days; ensure SLA compliance >95%
    • Country Coverage: Secure remittance and fintech API clients across the our licensed countries such as Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, Ethiopia, Mozambique and more.

    Critical Experience

    FX Sales Executive

    Description

    • Multigate is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead our field Sales Associates, drive strategic customer acquisition, and deliver revenue growth across key markets. The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience combined with hands-on sales expertise and is passionate about coaching high-energy field teams to achieve ambitious business goals.

    Mission for this Role

    • To lead and drive on-ground FX sales efforts in Nigeria, onboarding SMEs and Corporates into Multigate’s cross-border FX payment solutions. The FX Sales Lead is responsible for achieving significant client acquisition and transaction volumes ($10m–$15m per month), while building and motivating a team of sales reps and leveraging deep transactional banking relationships to drive sustainable revenue growth.

    Key Outcomes (What Success Looks Like)

    •   Transaction Volume Growth: Onboard clients to reach $20m–$30m monthly FX volumes within 6months; achieve ≥15% quarterly growth.
    •  Client Acquisition & Portfolio Building: Acquire minimum 10 new SME/corporate clients per quarter; build a portfolio of 40–50 active clients within the first year.
    •  Relationship & Network Leverage: Deliver 10+ qualified warm introductions per month from personal/professional networks.
    •  Team Leadership: Build, coach, and manage 5–10 sales reps; achieve ≥80% team quota attainment; run weekly sales calls and pipeline reviews.
    •  Pipeline & Reporting Discipline: Maintain 3x pipeline coverage; submit accurate weekly reports with <5% variance.
    •  Cross-Functional Execution: Onboard clients within ≤10 business days; provide structured feedback on pricing, competition, and client needs monthly.

    Enterprise Account Executive

    Description

    • Multigate is looking for a detailed and well oriented and driven Business Development Executive who will be in charge of increasing company revenue and expanding our client portfolio. The individual should be persuasive and have strong business acumen as well as demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

    Mission for this Role

    • To acquire and grow enterprise and upper-mid-market clients across Sub-Saharan Africa by selling Multigate’s Treasury Management Solution (TMS), achieving revenue targets while demonstrating excellence in solution-selling, relationship building, and cultural alignment with Multigate’s values.

    Key Outcomes (What Success Looks Like)

    •  Revenue Growth: Generate $3million in ARR; achieve ≥100% quota.
    •  Client Acquisition: Close at least 12 new enterprise/upper-midmarket accounts annually.
    •  Solution Penetration: Sell 2+ modules per client; achieve ACV ≥ $250k.
