    Manager - ESG and Impact Reporting, Corporate Services

    Description

    • Deliver inputs into MTN’s suite of ESG reports and publications in alignment with MTN Group requirements.
    • Deliver inputs into MTN’s ESG performance across various indexes through gap assessments, intervention development and continuous performance tracking.
    • Enhance and monitor MTN Nigeria's overall ESG performance indicators and setting up of continuous assurance process working with MTN Nigeria & Group Internal Audit & Forensics.
    • Ensure ESG Index linked to Short-Term and Long-Term incentives are tracked and audited on periodical basis for MTN Nigeria

    Senior Manager - Sustainability and Shared Value Programmes, Corporate Services

    Description

    • Lead efforts to pilot - test - innovate - replicate - scale programs across various parts of the country. 
    • Operationalize strategies aimed at the improvement in the MTN Nigeria's Sustainability & Shared Value efforts and impact management, performance, and reporting. 
    • Assist in executing the Sustainability & Shared Value initiatives in a successfully researched, developed, promoted, implemented and managed fashion, resulting in a positive contribution to the strategy and impact to the lives of country beneficiaries.
    • Support in negotiating and managing partnerships to drive delivery of MTN Nigeria Sustainability plan.

    • Drive MTN Nigeria’s eco-responsibility and sustainable product development programs collaborating with key departments across the business, including but not limited to, Technology, Marketing/Product Development and Procurement.

    Regulatory and Statutory Compliance, Risk and Compliance

    Description

    • Advise Line Management on possible financial impact across all divisions of regulatory/statutory developments and trends while highlighting potential revenue generation/cost saving opportunities.
    • Liaise with relevant stakeholders across all MTN Nigeria business divisions to drive compliance with identified regulatory and statutory requirements and obligations.
    • Assess the adequacy of existing controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
    • Identify control gaps and recommend compensating controls while also supporting the process owners in the development and implementation.

    Senior Manager - Sales and Trade Development (Kaduna Sales and Distribution)

    Description

    • Provide leadership to the sales and distribution team in the region.
    • Ensure the achievement of the revenue, airtime sales, data device, data and VAS revenue and gross connection targets in the assigned region.
    • Co-ordinate the regional engine room - a platform for cross-functional integration and collaboration in the region.
    • Drive execution of MTNN’s retail agenda in the region – visibility and merchandising by retail formats, retail expansion across the traditional and non-traditional channels, retail loyalty program and relationship building.

    Job Requirements
    Education:

    • A First Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or any Social Science discipline.
    • Possession of a post graduate degree maybe an added advantage.
    • Fluent in English and regional language.

    Experience:
    9 - 17 years’ work experience comprising:

    • Managerial track record of 3 years or more in relevant sector/industry

    Specialist - Power System Operations North

    Description

    • Ensure spare power capacity is available for redundancy and future installations and provide 2nd level support to regional operations in assigned areas/ region.
    • Maintain optimal performance of all cooling and power systems within the region. (Switch & BTS).
    • Conduct routine maintenance of all power and cooling systems at MTNN installations and leased property within assigned area and ensure they are within MTN Specifications.
    • Maintain prescribed computerized maintenance management system and prescribed management information system for ESS operations in the region.

    • Completion and submission of all monthly/Quarterly routine maintenance activities reports within timeline and saving on the servers. E.g. Carbon Reports, Monthly Diesel Utilization Report, Q1-Q4 Earth Integrity Report, Vendor Evaluation Q1-Q4,
    • Support initiatives to improve PHCN Utilization at Switch centers, FC, VGCs, B2B and or offices.
    • Monitor maintenance contracts for regional contractors.
