    Digital Marketing Officer

    Job Description

    • Manage and maintain the Content Management System (CMS) of the company’s website and digital platforms, including
    • Ensure optimization of SEO/SEM/SMO capabilities (Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Optimization)
    • Upload and update content on all our digital platforms in a timely manner.
    • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
    • Support in producing a content plan in line with the annual operating plan.
    •  Develop and implement social media strategy and maximize profile across all activities. Maintain our social media presence.
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Identify digital trends and evaluate emerging technologies, use these to inform and evolve our core activities and outputs as well as dissemination plans.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
    • Manage the day-to-day functionality of the website and all other digital platforms.
    • Create and maintain online listings of Morison’s products across e-commerce platforms
    • Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
    • Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success.
    • Handle other assignments that may be assigned

    Attributes/qualification

    • Solid knowledge of website analytics.
    • Understanding of WordPress, SEO/SEM tactics
    • Proven experience in delivering successful integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
    • Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe Photoshop
    • Proven work experience in digital marketing
    • Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript development and constraints
    • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing metrics
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
    • Ability to multi-task.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills

    Production Pharmacist

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos 

    Job Description
    Key Roles and Responsibilities

    • Participate in planning and organizing the manufacturing activities of the company.
    • Implement Operational manuals, production plans, and programs.
    • Ensure conformance of manufacturing processes to organizational objectives and policies.
    • Check the availability of adequate raw and packing materials, utilities, and machine size parts.
    • Execute the weekly and monthly production plans according to the schedule.
    • Control production process and production facilities and ensure that manufacturing activities are in compliance with the requirements of cGMP and all standard yields along production lines are maintained.
    • Ensure the general cleanliness and hygienic conditions of the manufacturing areas and production personnel.
    • Ensure that all production equipment is maintained effectively and used efficiently.
    • Assist in pilot-scale trials of products under development.
    • Responsible for all materials issued from the warehouse for manufacturing.
    • Supervise the duties of subordinates and ensures discipline and good working culture among the staff.
    • Ensure on-the-job training of production personnel.
    • Ensure production personnel are kitted in relevant PPEs before entering into the production area in accordance with relevant SOPs.
    • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports indicating relevant KPIs.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisory Manager.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) from a reputable institution
    • Minimum of 0-2 years of production work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Functional knowledge of production lines.
    • Must be computer literate.
    • Proven experience in training and development of staff to meet set goals.
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Ability to multi-task, and change priorities constantly as needed in a fast-paced environment.
