Atlantic Exhibition is hiring a highly organized and results-driven Booth Supervisor who will also function as a Project Manager for exhibition and event projects.
This role goes beyond booth supervision — the successful candidate will be responsible for managing exhibition projects from planning to execution, ensuring seamless coordination between design, fabrication, installation, and client delivery.
If you have strong leadership skills, understand exhibition production, and can manage teams while meeting tight deadlines, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise exhibition booth construction and installation on-site
Manage projects from concept stage to final delivery
Coordinate with designers, fabricators, carpenters, electricians, and vendors
Ensure booths are executed according to approved designs and client specifications
Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Maintain quality control standards throughout project execution
Provide regular project updates to management and clients
Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are followed
Resolve on-site challenges efficiently and professionally
Requirements
Proven experience in exhibition, event production, or construction supervision
Strong project management skills
Ability to lead and coordinate multiple teams
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and client-handling ability
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
