    Extraction Operator

    Job Details

    • Must be based in Illorin or Willing to relocate to Illorin
    • Operate extraction machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to extract desired compounds from raw materials.
    • Monitor and adjust equipment parameters to optimize extraction efficiency.
    • Handle and prepare raw materials for the extraction process, ensuring accurate measurements and adherence to recipes or formulations.
    • Load and unload materials into and from extraction equipment.
    • Conduct regular quality checks on extracted materials to ensure they meet specified standards.
    • Identify and address deviations from quality parameters and report issues to supervisors
    • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all phases of the extraction process.
    • Participate in safety training programs and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.
    • Clean and sanitize extraction equipment and work areas according to hygiene standards.
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and report any maintenance needs to the maintenance team.
    • Maintain accurate records of extraction activities, including batch records, production logs, and quality control documentation.
    • Document any deviations, incidents, or corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with team members, quality control personnel, and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and production efficiency.
    • Communicate effectively regarding any issues, concerns, or suggestions for process improvement.

      Qualification/Skills

    •   For Expat (Contract)  Min 5 years experience in SEP with core knowledge in Extraction Operation
    •     For Nat’l – Min 2 years experience in Soya crush Solvent Extraction Process

    Mechanical and Electrical Supervisors

    Job Details

    • Must be based in illorin or willing to relocate
    •  Lead and supervise a team of mechanical technicians, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
    • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the mechanical maintenance team.
    • Collaborate with maintenance planners to develop schedules for preventive and corrective maintenance.
    • Coordinate resources and equipment to ensure efficient execution of maintenance plans.
    • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems, implementing effective solutions.
    • Oversee the implementation of preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability.

    Degumming and Lecithin Operator

    Job Details

    • Must be based in Illorin or Willing to relocate to illorin
    • Operate degumming equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to remove impurities from raw materials.
    • Monitor and adjust process parameters to optimize degumming efficiency.
    • Operate drying equipment to remove moisture from degummed materials, producing high-quality lecithin products.
    • Monitor and control temperature, humidity, and other drying parameters.
    • Handle and prepare raw materials for the degumming and drying processes, ensuring accurate measurements and adherence to formulations.
    • Conduct regular quality checks on degummed and dried materials to ensure they meet specified standards.
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and report any maintenance needs to the maintenance team.
    • Maintain accurate records of degumming and drying activities, including batch records, production logs, and quality control documentation.
    • Document any deviations, incidents, or corrective action
    • Collaborate with team members, quality control personnel, and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and production efficiency.

       Qualification/Skills

    • Technical Certificate in Engineering is mandatory.
    • Experience in Edible Oil Refinery
