Job Details

• must be based in illorin or willing to relocate to illorin
• Operate equipment to prepare raw materials for the production process.
• Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients following specified formulas and recipes.
• Set up and operate processing machinery, ensuring proper calibration and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Monitor equipment during operation to detect malfunctions or deviations from standard
• Perform quality checks and adjustments as needed during the production process.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced, materials used, and equipment performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas regularly to maintain a hygienic production environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production workflows.

Qualifications/Skills

• For Expat (Contract) – Minimum 5 years experience in SEP with core knowledge in  Preparation   equip
• For Nat’l --  Minimum  2 years experience in soya crush Solvent Extraction Process
