 Job Details

• Must be based in illorin or willing to relocate to illorin
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to establish daily, weekly, and monthly production target
• Oversee and coordinate the work of production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Monitor employee performance, address issues, and contribute to staff development.
• Assist in managing raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of required materials.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and perform regular equipment maintenance.
• Communicate production updates, challenges, and achievements to relevant stakeholders

Qualification /skill

• Expat -Mechanical Engr with SEP/Milling Plant
•  Experience in Myrande Equipment Maintenance is an added advantage
