    Admin Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Responsible for directing and coordinating office services and related activities, including developing and supervising programs for the maximum utilisation of services and equipment.
    • Also responsible for arranging internal office moves and providing arrangements for the office
    • Maintains office services by organising office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
    • Facilities Maintenance & Repairs
    • Transport and Logistics Administration
    • Deal with general admin enquiries, complaints or issues from staff
    • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
    • Security Administration
    • Protocol & Travel
    • Ability to effectively prioritise and organise work, take initiative, and handle multiple tasks in a professional and organised manner.
    • Ability to act independently with an understanding of the larger picture, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • High level of attention to detail and quality, strong work ethic and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • The ability to work flexible and additional hours on short notice and a positive, team-focused attitude is essential.
    • Ability to critically assess situations, solve problems, work effectively under stress, within deadlines, and in emergency situations.
    • Strong ability to follow oral and written instructions properly

    Physical Demands / Work Environment:

    Financial Account Officer (Supervisor)

    Deliverables
    Company Account Operations (Revenue):

    • Perform company accounting operations such as amortisation of invoices, accruals for unbilled, suspense accounts and revenue recognition.
    • This includes daily posting and amortisation of invoices and credit notes into the accounting system.

    Revenue Trend Analysis:

    • Perform monthly revenue trend analysis and review. This includes a comparison of financial information from different
      periods

    Annual Audit and Other Internal Control Mechanisms:

    • Assist in financial audit and implementation of audit recommendations.
    • This includes internal control assessments and recommendations

    Completeness and Accuracy of Financial Transactions:

    • Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial transactions such as invoices, credit notes, receipts, subscriptions, CDRs and Bank reconciliation in a timely manner.
    • Submission of monthly account reports for Billing to the Company accountant.

    Account Manager

    Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Management, Communications, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Business Administration, or any other related field (2.2/Upper Credit)
    • Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts/sectors
    • Capability to be a structured thinker with a strong analytical approach.
    • Excellent research, problem-solving, and analytical skills, including excellent PowerPoint and Excel capabilities, with impeccable analytical and business judgment
    • Understanding local dynamics of the region
    • Ability to bring intel that will lead to increased sales
    • An expert understanding of best practice account management, with the ability to implement both strategic and tactical initiatives
