    Admin Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Responsible for directing and coordinating office services and related activities, including developing and supervising programs for the maximum utilisation of services and equipment.
    • Also responsible for arranging internal office moves and providing arrangements for the office
    • Maintains office services by organising office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
    • Facilities Maintenance & Repairs
    • Transport and Logistics Administration
    • Deal with general admin enquiries, complaints or issues from staff
    • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
    • Security Administration
    • Protocol & Travel
    • Ability to effectively prioritise and organise work, take initiative, and handle multiple tasks in a professional and organised manner.
    • Ability to act independently with an understanding of the larger picture, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • High level of attention to detail and quality, strong work ethic and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • The ability to work flexible and additional hours on short notice and a positive, team-focused attitude is essential.
    • Ability to critically assess situations, solve problems, work effectively under stress, within deadlines, and in emergency situations.
    • Strong ability to follow oral and written instructions properly

    Physical Demands / Work Environment:

    • Minimal discomfort on the job.
    • Regular office environment.
    • Occasional requirement to work late and weekends.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 2 - 3 years experience.
