    Corporate Finance & Advisory Team Lead

    Origination Functions

    • Develop and propose the business strategy to drive the team’s focus and choice of markets, counterparties and transaction undertakings.
    • Lead business development meetings with clients and prospects and appraise their needs and propose investment/transaction structures that meet such needs
    • Co-ordinate and directly supervise development projects, design the execution and exit strategies that would realize the transactions’ objectives and identify the right partners
    • Must possess the necessary network and relationships within the real estate value chain to ensure that the Real Estate business can easily sell off (i) its products (selling functions) and (ii) obtain the necessary regulatory approvals when required
    • Develop the Real Estate Desk into a sustainable potentially stand-alone business

    Transaction Execution and Functions

    • Meet with prospective Real Estate clients and design transaction structures based on Investment One’s investment/risk appetite and market conditions.
    • Lead transaction implementation and execution of identified projects
    • Supervise analysis of transactions; perform financial analysis and in-depth reviews, impact analysis, market analysis and financial models
    • Conduct and supervise due diligence on target counterparties (contractors, JV partners, etc)
    • Liaise with heads of internal teams, to ensure timely transaction execution and effective management of transaction process.
    • Relationship management and onboarding of new clients

    Education and Experience

    • Minimum B.Sc. degree
    • Post graduate qualification and/or certification is an added advantage
    • Minimum 15 years cognate experience.

    Competencies/Skills

    • Strong analytical and financial modelling knowledge
    • Ability to think clearly in critical situations
    • Track record of managing a large Real Estate portfolio
    • Good analytical skills
    • Ability to multi-task and complete assignments with efficiency, adhering to deadlines
    • Excellent drafting and report writing skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to enable effective interaction with staff and partners at all levels
    • Conversant with building regulations and statutory authorities, especially in Lagos.

    Team Lead, Business Development SME Loans

    Profile

    The Team Lead that will manage lending services to SMEs. We need an ambitious, trustworthy, team player with high proficiency in generating and managing credits/loans of SMEs. The job holder will be responsible for the generation of credits/loans for diversified clients, monitoring the credit facilities until it is fully liquidated and maintaining professional customer service. The role requires an understanding of credits and good attention to detail to identify and mitigate potential risk elements in each loan application. Ultimately, the staff will be required to ensure that his/her area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provide leadership to assigned team members.
    • Generate loan assets to achieve the team’s monthly disbursement target.
    • Ensure timely and accurate forecasting of pipeline deals and report the same on a weekly basis.
    • Craft and continuously fine-tune our product management process. Develop new products, generating new business opportunities, by performing market research to identify customer needs/trends and opportunities
    • Ensure compliance with KYC documentation in account opening and transaction documentation in line with the defined operations policy.
    • Provide input to the formulation of the yearly business planning cycles.
    • Know, interact and participate in SME seminars and campaigns; in order to ensure an understanding of customers’ needs and rightly position Orange One in the minds of these key customer groups
    • Work closely with internal Communications Department to design marketing materials such as brochures, fliers, videos and blog posts.
    • Arrange and supervise the effective distribution of marketing materials
    • Organize customer engagement forums on topical issues.
    • Ensure prompt attention to clients’ requests and maintain professional relations with all customers.
    • Review loan requests, collate and review all relevant supporting documents and prepare facility approval memos
    • Monitor the SME portfolio repayment schedule and ensure reminder emails are sent at least one week before the repayment date.
    • Ensure all security instruments are received from customers and deposited with Customer Service or Legal as may be applicable.
    • On a weekly basis, request for cheques to be logged and follow up on repayments, to ensure payments are remitted as at when due
    • Ensure prompt attention to clients’ requests and maintain a professional relationship with all customers.
    • Ensure customer files and databases are updated with all relevant correspondence.

    Qualification, Skills and Experience

    • 10 years’ plus of working experience in a relatable field at the most (at least 1 year in a Finance Company)
    • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
    • Good marketing skills
    • Excellent Leadership skills
    • Strong project management skills
    • Should be able to work in an agile environment and must be tech-savvy
    • Excellent presentation skills and familiar with Microsoft Office suites
    • Good Relationship management skills and demonstrate the capacity to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
    • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
    • Great attention to detail and good administrative skills
    • Bachelor’s degree in sciences/social sciences or MBA with emphasis on Finance.
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

    IT Support

    Qualification: 

    • B.Sc.,HND Computer Science or other related courses
    • Relevant I.T certification is an added advantage
    • Must have completed NYSC

    Salary Range : 200k - 280k

    Benefits :HMO, Pension, Leave Allowance and 13th Month

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
    • Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from staff regarding IT incidents and Service Request
    • Receiving, logging and managing calls from internal staff via GSD Portal, telephone and email.
    • 1st line support - troubleshooting of IT related incidents from software to hardware, such as Laptops, PCs and Printers etc.
    • Troubleshoot basic network issues.
    • Escalate unresolved incidents to the next level support team.
    • Log all calls in the Service Desk Call Logging system (GSD)
    • Take ownership of user incidents and follow up the status on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner.
    • To maintain a high degree of customer service for all IT queries and adhere to all service delivery management principles.
    • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
    • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
    • Generate regular reports on service metrics, such as response times and resolution rates.
    • Maintain an inventory of IT assets, ensuring proper tracking, tagging, and documentation.
    • Other duties as assigned.
