    Relationship Manager

    Salary: N600,000

    An IT Company with a clear focus in technology enabled solutions and professional services is recruiting for a Relationship Manager in Abuja city
    Key Responsibilities

    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
    • Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
    • Build and improve relationships with key suppliers and partners.
    • Researching and pursuing new business opportunities.
    • Identifying and understanding clients' needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions to address them.
    • Providing clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guiding their decision-making process.
    • Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases.
    • Attending to and resolving client’s complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
    • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
    • Work with internal departments to ensure the company meets clients’ expectations.

    • University degree in in Business Development, Marketing, or related field
    • Master’s degree from a recognized university will be an advantage
    • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager. Minimum of 10 years of experience
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
    • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
    • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

    Office Manager

    Salary: N150k - N250k

    Key Responsibilities

    •  To coordinate and oversee administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office operates efficiently and smoothly.
    • To ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis.  
    • For general office duties such as greeting visitors, managing office supplies, overseeing other administrative staff, owning petty cash budgets, and supporting staff with administrative tasks like scheduling meetings.

    Systems Engineer

    An IT Company with a clear focus in technology enabled solutions and professional services is recruiting for a Systems Engineer in Abuja

    • Providing project and systems support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence, over the phone, via remote access and in person.
    • Contribute to team discussions to help shape and further improve the service.
    • Administer and support core Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, Cloud, and virtualization technologies.
    • Engage in the evaluation, implementation, configuration and testing of new servers, products and services.
    • Assist with additional configuration, integration, and improvements to existing IT services.
    • Assist with the deployment of OS and application updates to Windows clients, including pre- deployment research and testing.
    • Assist with server backup monitoring and verification.
    • Assist in the patching and updating of allocated Windows and Linux server systems, Adobe Update, Security Updates, Firm ware updates etc.
    • Assist with deploying new equipment, software and solutions (and repurposing of existing equipment) for Infrastructure Projects.


    • University degree in in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
    • Master’s degree from a recognized University will be an advantage.
    • Member of professional associations in CompTIA Network+, Microsoft and Linux
    • Professional IT Certifications such as, MCS, Red Hat is an added advantage
    • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Server infrastructure design, implementation, and management. Experience in designing and implementing IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, cloud, networks, storage systems, and virtualization platforms.
    • Proficiency in managing and maintaining server operating systems, such as Windows Server or Linux, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
    • An understanding of LAN/WAN networking.
    • Hand on Experience with cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including infrastructure deployment, migration, and management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
    • Performing other relevant duties when needed.
    • Transport products, materials, and staff securely to areas where they are needed
    • Guarantee that products and staff are protected and secured
    • Ensure that vehicles are always kept perfect and clean by washing both the inside and outside parts of the vehicle.
    • Carry out routine checks on vehicles and ensure they are sound
    • Report any instance of mishap or accident to the dispatcher or supervisor
    • Perform periodic maintenance on vehicles, such as changing batteries and motor oil at appropriate time, as well as refueling the car(s).
    • Report any case of accident, injury or damage of vehicles to the supervisor or manager
    • Keep up a travel log to record areas travelled to, travel time, and work hours 


    • Minimum of Senior School Leaving Certificate
    • Valid Driver’s License
    • Minimum of 3 years’ work experience as a Professional Driver.
