Responsibilities: 

• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of automation failures in PLCs, SCADA, sensors, transmitters, analyzers, and control loops.
• Manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical and automation equipment.
• Support PLC programming changes, interlock logic verification, and process optimization.
• Ensure reliable functioning of MCCs, PCCs, transformers, VFDs, and power distribution systems.
• Review electrical and PLC wiring diagrams, loop drawings, and SCADA architecture.
• Plan and maintain spares for automation hardware (PLC modules, transmitters, sensors, drives).
• Train and mentor maintenance technicians in automation fault diagnosis and safe electrical practices.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian statutory requirements and plant safety standards.

Requirements: 

• B.Sc./HND in any relevant field
• 7 years’ experience in in electrical & instrumentation maintenance within edible refinery / solvent extraction / FMCG process industries
• Knowledge of Auto cad to read and edit the engineering drawings. 
• Must have experience in any of the following industries, Edible Refineries, Solvent Extraction Plants, Grain, food and breweries, FMCG.
• Exposure to gas power plants, DG sets, boilers’ control systems, WTP, ETP, and packaging line automation.

Responsibilities: 

• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for all equipment.
• Supervise operation and maintenance of biomass boilers, gas boilers, gas power plants, WTP, ETP, air compressors, and oil packing lines.
• Lead installation, erection, and commissioning of new equipment and projects.
• Read, interpret and do changes in AutoCAD drawings for piping, fabrication, and plant modifications.
• Manage in-house fabrication, welding, and repair activities.
• Maintain proper records of spares, consumables, and maintenance schedules.
• Train and guide maintenance teams for skill development and safety compliance.
• Coordinate production, quality, and utility departments for smooth operation.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety and statutory regulations.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 
• 6 years’ experience in maintenance of refinery / solvent extraction / process industry preferable. 
• Experience in utilities: biomass/gas fired boilers, gas engines/power plants, WTP, ETP, air compressors, packing lines. 
• Experience in projects: installation, erection, commissioning of process plants and utilities.

Responsibilities: 

• Supervise civil construction of buildings, equipment foundations, silos, tanks, utility structures, roads, drains, and landscaping.
• Review and interpret civil and structural drawings, and coordinate with consultants for modifications.
• Prepare BOQs, material requirements, and ensure quality control of construction materials (concrete, steel, etc.).
• Prepare the AutoCAD drawing as per need basis. 
• Monitor contractor performance, labor management, and daily site progress.
• Ensure civil works are completed as per engineering standards and project timelines.
• Coordinate with mechanical and electrical project teams for equipment erection and service trench alignments.
• Maintain site documentation, daily reports, and progress records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards on site.
• Assist in vendor/contractor evaluation and certification.
• Support project commissioning by completing all civil activities on time.

Requirements: 

• 5 years’ experience in civil project execution in process industries
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Knowledge of structural design, RCC, steel structures, foundation works, and industrial buildings.
• Strong site execution skills and ability to supervise contractors
