    Relationship Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Relationship Manager plays a key client-facing role within the Business Development Department, responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with high-net-worth and affluent clients seeking investment immigration and international real estate solutions. The role combines consultative sales, relationship management, and market advisory, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions and premium experience from first contact through conversion and post-sale engagement.

    Client Acquisition & Consultative Sales

    • Proactively source, qualify, and convert leads for Citizenship by Investment (CBI), Residency by Investment (RBI), and international real estate offerings.
    • Conduct structured discovery meetings to understand client objectives, financial capacity, timelines, and risk appetite.
    • Assess client eligibility and recommend suitable programs or property investments in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, investment summaries, and program comparisons.
    • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring accuracy and professionalism at every stage.
    • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Relationship Management & Client Experience

    • Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned clients during the pre-sale and advisory phase.
    • Maintain proactive communication, providing timely updates, clarifications, and guidance throughout the engagement process.
    • Build long-term trust-based relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
    • Conduct post-conversion follow-ups to assess satisfaction and identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities within the company’s service portfolio.
    • Handle sensitive client information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.

    Required Desirables

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field.
    • 3+ years’ experience in a sales or client-facing role, ideally in investment migration, luxury real estate, private banking, wealth management or international advisory services.

    Proven experience working with high-value clients or complex service offerings.

    • Ability to thrive in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment.
    • Professional certifications in sales, relationship management, or finance are an added advantage.
    • Multilingual proficiency is a plus
    • High ethical standards and cultural sensitivity.

    Skills and Competencies/Technical Skills

    • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Basic financial and investment literacy to support client advisory discussions.
    • Ability to prepare structured proposals and presentations.
    • Behavioural Competencies
    • Strong consultative sales skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Ability to handle HNWI clientele with discretion and professionalism.
    • Familiarity with global migration programs, real estate markets, or cross-border investments is an advantage.
    • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
