    Manager (Bakery)

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Plan, schedule and supervise bakery production, shipping and cleaning activities to highest safety and sanitation standards.
    • Supervise, evaluate, train and schedule work of bakery staff.
    • Order and arrange for correct ingredients in the right quantities, supplies and equipment using the SOP.
    • Be responsible for consolidation of product orders from users.
    • Ensure the proper use and care of highly specialized production equipment by staff.
    • Update recipe files
    • Be responsible for inventorying of stock.
    • Assist in developing and implementing merchandising plans for new cash operations, as required.
    • Ensure adherence to policies and SOPs by every staff of the bakery.
    • Quality control checks before, during and after every step of the production process.
    • Minimize waste of any resources as much as possible.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned by the creative director.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 2-5 years of cognate experience
    •  HND/B.Sc any other related course
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Attention to details
    • Ability to lead teams to success
    • Ability to plan, organize and implement activities
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent time management skills

    Client Experience Officer/ Personal Assistant

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
    • Responding promptly to customer enquiries.
    • Communicating with customers through various channels.
    • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
    • Managing calendars and organizing meetings and appointments.
    • Daily time management.
    • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters.
    • Answer phone calls, emails and take messages.
    • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
    • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
    • Responsible for logistics and ensuring that dispatched orders get delivered.
    • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
    • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
    • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
    • Run other errands as requested by the creative director.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 1-3 years of cognate experience
    • HND/B.Sc degree in any related field
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Good customer service skills
    • Attention to details

    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Record management skills
    • S/he should be familiar with Commercial phone systems, Customer relationship management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
