Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparation of salads which are to be served at specified times
• Responsible for ordering all produce used in food production.
• Manages own time, knowledge of quantity of food production, has Knowledge of fresh fruits and vegetables, and basic skill in using needed equipment
• Skill in measuring and/or weighing ingredients
• Understands consistency of salad
• Maintains a clean work station area including tables and work surface
• Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
• Understands food safety, and helps control bacteria growth by keeping away from the vegetables

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND qualification.
• Experience in a similar capacity.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and pay attention to details.
• Must have an understanding of different vegetables.
• Must be able to work at fast pace.
• Great culinary skill will be an added advantage.
