Job Summary:

• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to manage and maintain the company’s financial records, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support overall financial operations. This role is ideal for a professional who can work independently and bring strong accounting expertise to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy in the general ledger
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and filings (VAT, WHT, PAYE, etc.)
• Support audits and maintain proper documentation
• Process payroll and monitor employee expense claims
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and regulatory bodies as needed
• Provide financial insights and suggestions to management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Sage, or similar)
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• A minimum of 4–5 years of experience in aesthetic medicine
• Proficient in administering various types of injections, including:
• Skin boosters
• Botox
• Fillers
• Body fillers
• Ability to perform blood draws and administer IV drips
• Experience with threads is an added advantage, though not mandatory
