    Franchise Manager

    Job Description

    • As a Franchise Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing the Franchisee network in your assigned area with the objective of growing revenue and profitability.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Recruit and develop new Franchisees
    • Training and retraining of Franchisees
    • Verification of Franchisee’s home and shop addresses in compliance with company’s guidelines and procedures
    • Maintain cordial and long-term relationship with Franchisees through excellent customer service
    • Capture all required information (i.e. Franchisee’s & guarantor’s name, address & KYC documents)
    • Help Franchisees identify improvement opportunities to optimize their operations and enhance profitability
    • Reconciliation of daily/weekly collections with the Franchisee
    • Communicate messages regarding business strategies, promotions and product to Franchisees
    • Help Franchisees optimize the sales and profit from their respective Franchises
    • Offering continuous support to Franchisees, to ensure the overall success of Beyond Credit Limited as well as the Franchisee

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing or any related field
    • Prior experience in merchant acquisition through direct or aggregator model will be an added advantage
    • At least 2 years’ experience in commercial marketing experience and customer management, ideally within a financial service based institution and perfect understanding of customer acquisition model.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong leadership skills to manage Franchisee.

    Loan Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking to hire smart and experienced loan officers who are career-driven and have financial or fintech experience for our Saki, Oyo State location.

    Duties / Responsibilities

    • Mobilization of Clients for loans
    • Formation of groups within the coverage area
    • Verification of clients’ home and shop addresses in compliance with the company’s guidelines and procedures
    • In-depth assessment of loan applications and preparation of loan proposals for business support loans
    • Participation in the credit committee for loan appraisals were required
    • Recovery of overdue loans
    • Maintain cordial and long-term relationships with customers through excellent customer service
    • Appraising the client’s business and capacity to service the requested loan
    • Registering loans on the system and recommending appropriate amounts for disbursement
    • Capture all required information (i.e. client& guarantor’s name, address & image. Business image and address)
    • Post-disbursement monitoring
    • Collection and posting of clients' loan repayments and savings on the system
    • Reconciliation of daily collections with the Branch Manager
    • Maintaining a healthy portfolio
    • Reporting directly to the branch manager
    • Any other responsibility assigned by the management of Beyond Credit

    Job Requirements

    • BSc / HND / NCE or OND in any related field
    • At least 2 years of work experience.
    • Prior experience as a loan officer in a financial institution.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
    • Candidate must be resident in the above locations or environs.
