Fleet Supervisor at Woodridge and Scott Consulting

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of drivers, ensuring they comply with company policies, safety regulations, and traffic laws.
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal vehicle performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and safety protocols, conducting regular vehicle inspections and driver training.
• Manage fleet-related expenses, track maintenance costs, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related field, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.

• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and operation

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENCES

• A Professional Certification will be an advantage
• Valid driver’s license
