    Financial / Business Analyst

    Job Description

    As a Financial and Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in achieving their financial and business objective through a wide range of financial and analytical tasks, including accounting, bookkeeping, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, data and business reporting and analytics, treasury, and cash flow management

    • Maintain accurate financial records in Quickbooks, including accounts payable and receivable. 
    • Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial accounts. 
    • Prepare financial statements and reports on a regular basis. 
    • Assist in developing financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans. 
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. 
    • Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support decision-making.
    • Generate and present financial reports to management team. 
    • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track business performance.  
    • Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies for optimization.
    • Collect, clean, and analyze non-financial data to extract actionable insights. 
    • Create data-driven reports and visualizations to support decision-makers. 
    • Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements. 
    • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions. 
    • Manage and forecast cash flows to ensure liquidity and optimize investments. 
    • Monitor banking relationships. 
    • Implement cash management strategies to minimize financial risks

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant certifications such as ACCA is a plus).
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, accounting, and use of financial software tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, financial modeling software)
    • Previous experience in management consulting or similar environments is a plus.
    • Proficient in using data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI). 
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. 
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. 
    • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards. 
    • Integrity and ethical conduct in financial matters. 
    • Proactive and self-motivated with a drive for continuous learning. 
    • Strong time management and organizational skills.

    Management Consultant (Human Performance)

    Job Description

    • Collaborate with portfolio team members to achieve revenue and profitability targets for assigned clients. 
    • Contribute to weekly pipeline and portfolio reports, showcasing the status of the portfolio, revenue earned, closed deals, and generated leads. 
    • Identify opportunities to provide additional value-added services to clients and build strong client relationships. 
    • Create compelling and well-written business proposals that align with client objectives.
    • Cultivate excellent client relationships and become a trusted advisor in human performance management. 
    • Consult with internal and external stakeholders to understand client needs and design effective solutions.  
    • Define the scope of each client project and develop and execute project plans and budgets. 
    • Ensure the delivery of quality service to clients while maximising returns for the business. 
    • Provide ongoing status updates to both management and clients on program and project progress.  Coordinate activities with third-party service providers to ensure seamless service delivery. 
    • Monitor billing and invoicing for client projects/programs and follow up to ensure timely payment.  Minimize long outstanding accounts receivables.
    • Develop training materials, including instructional designs, handouts, case studies, and evaluations. 
    • Facilitate assigned aspects of client programs, whether in-person or virtual, such as retreats, conferences, team-building, and training sessions.  
    • Stay current with industry trends and topics of interest to expand our service offerings. 
    • Develop a body of knowledge that enhances our ability to deliver valuable solutions to clients.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. 
    • A minimum of 3 years proven experience in management consulting, human resources, business development, and project management. 
    • Strong communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills. 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software. 
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
