    Financial Accountant

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented and reliable Financial Accountant to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting. and basic tax compliance.
    • The candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company’s financial operations with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to work independently are important for this role.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
    • Manage daily accounting operations, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
    • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Monitor company expenses and ensure proper documentation.
    • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
    • Support payroll processing and statutory remittances.
    • Assist with tax filings, including VAT, PAYE, and other regulatory requirements.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience in the real estate industry.
    • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
    • Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
    • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Professional certification (ICAN/ACCA) is an added advantage.

    IT Support Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Personnel to support the company’s daily IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain computer systems and networks and provide timely technical support to staff.
    • The ideal candidate should be able to ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems and contribute to overall operational efficiency within the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide basic technical suppport to staff on computers, printer, internet and software related issuses.
    • Install and configure computer systems, application and devices.
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
    • Monitor and maintain office internet/network connectivity.
    • Assist in setting up emails, systems and user accounts.

    Requirements

    • OND/HND/B.Sc in Computer Science, IT or related fields.

    • Previous IT support experience is an added advantage.

    Field Sales & Business Development Representative

    Job Description

    • We're looking for a results-driven Field Sales & Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and close new business opportunities (restaurants, supermarkets, estates, corporate clients, churches, etc.)
    • Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers
    • Conduct field visits and business outreach
    • Negotiate pricing and bulk purchase agreements

    Requirements
