Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Personnel to support the company’s daily IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain computer systems and networks and provide timely technical support to staff.
• The ideal candidate should be able to ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems and contribute to overall operational efficiency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical suppport to staff on computers, printer, internet and software related issuses.
• Install and configure computer systems, application and devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Monitor and maintain office internet/network connectivity.
• Assist in setting up emails, systems and user accounts.
• Ensure proper maintenance of company laptops, desktops and other IT equipment.
• Ensure data backup and basic cyber-security practices.
• Respond to IT -related issues in a timely manner.
• Support virtual meetings and office technology setup when needed.

Requirements

• OND/HND/B.Sc in Computer Science, IT or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and general IT support.
• Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous IT support experience is an added advantage.
