    Finance Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the processing of payments, maintaining cost reports and managing invoices while maintaining the company’s financial health and ensuring resources are used beneficially
    • Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
    • Prepare balance sheets and petty cash management
    • Track and reconcile bank statements
    • Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)
    • Process tax payments and booking of Month-end Journals.
    • Support monthly payroll and keep organized records
    • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
    • Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
    • Provide administrative support during budget preparation
    • Participate in quarterly and annual audits
    • Petty cash Management.
    • Management of filing system.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or any other related discipline.
    • Intermediate level in ACCA or ICAN.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Finance Officer or similar role
    • Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
    • Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
    • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
    • Organizational and time-management skills
    • Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.

    Marketing Manager

    Responsibilities

    • As the brand’s custodian, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and delivering strategic and comprehensive marketing plans, ensuring that a coherent message runs through all platforms.
    • Develop and deliver the marketing strategies and content working to set the direction for thought leadership.
    • Develop and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns including framing the campaign strategy, curating talent, negotiating rates, managing contract development, influencer relations, and reporting.

    • Build and maintain an efficient content and design team to ensure that the team can produce high-quality outputs at a fast pace, supporting the speed of the business.
    • Responsible for overseeing the whole creative process either for one single product or a group of services and products.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • 10 years active work experience in a similar role in handling marketing, specifically for High-end clients.
    • Possessive of sound knowledge of marketing of the international luxury industry.
    • Must have a good understanding of how the luxury industry works and how is it is marketed to attract particular clientele.
    • A Master's or an MBA Degree from a reputable business school with a major in fashion is a plus.
    • Commercially aware of the trends in the international fashion and luxury industry
    • Experience in managing multi-pronged marketing campaigns, including performance marketing, social marketing, brand marketing, content marketing, public relations, and marketing partnerships.
    • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, effective writing skills.
    • Must be the initiative and able to manage a high powered team in a fast-paced start-up environment.
    • Must be tech-savvy and possess proven ability to interpret data, derive insights and report accordingly to impact forecast future
    • Experienced in writing and creating capturing authentic stories.

    Internal Control Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Review and appraise the soundness, effectiveness, and proper application of accounting and financial controls, compliance procedures and controls and timeliness of documentation generation
    • Identify the risks that a business faces and develop preventive strategies.
    • Reviewing of SOP from time to time.
    • Provide training on policy and controls.
    • Review Vendor creation, Customer Creation (Agreements), Credit setting for customers.
    • Review Capex project briefs and compliance with procedures.
    • Credit control (Receivables, staff float outstanding).
    • Field force expenses management and control.
    • Checking of Consumptions vs Bill of materials to detect and eliminate any shortages / pilferages.
    • Checking the asset disposal bidding process.
    • Reviewing the Fixed assets register from time to time, physical asset count exercise.
    • Supervise the physical Stock Take for all locations (RM, WIP, PM, FG, Engg Spares, etc).
    • Checking of payroll such as overtime, Leave allowance, incentives e.t.c
    • Evaluating SAP audit trail.
    • Tax and Regulatory Affairs - Ensure all tax and regulatory filings are made promptly.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • B.Sc in Accounting, A.C.A, M.Sc in view.
    • 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and/or with an audit firm.
    • Analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
    • Excellent Communication skills and perfect command of the English language.
    • Conversant with SAP ERP system.
