    Finance Executive

    ROLE OVERVIEW

    • Responsible for recording and maintaining books of accounting records, preparation of financial statements and daily, weekly and monthly sales report

    KEY DUTIES

    • Preparation of daily sales report
    • Confirmation of all payments into collection account
    • See to proper implementation of internal control system for effective financial management
    • Processing of all vendors and customer’s refund
    • Daily review of ticketer's report to ensure revenue assurance
    • Working with business head in implementing business strategic policies to drive sales
    • Computation of financial metrics for management
    • Monitoring of business line working capital to ensure good liquidity status for the business
    • Posting and maintaining of appropriate ledgers
    • Management of receivable and payable accounts
    • Preparation and implementation of financial budget for the business line
    • Reconciliation of ticketer monthly sales with the IATA report from Amadeaus

    KNOWLEDGE/REQUIREMENTS

    • Ability to work with various accounting software such as SAP, Dynamic 365, SAGE etc
    • Ability to use Microsoft excel package
    • Knowledge of how to work with Power Pivot and DAX
    • Good listening skills
    • Good problem-solving skills
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Foundation knowledge of Amadeaus

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • B.sc B.Ed. (Economics/Finance)
    • Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA)

    Head of Marketing

    Responsibilities

    • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives, including customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
    • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
    • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, email, social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and more.
    • Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools and market research to gain insights into customer behaviour, campaign performance, and industry trends, driving data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product development, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals and customer needs.
    • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve targets while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
    • Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, influencers, and vendors to support marketing initiatives, explore co-marketing opportunities, and drive brand partnerships.
    • Brand Management: Ensure consistency in messaging, brand positioning, and visual identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints, serving as a brand ambassador and guardian of brand integrity.
    • Innovation and Optimization: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing, driving innovation and experimentation to stay ahead of the competition.
    • Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership, highlighting key performance metrics, campaign results, and actionable recommendations for optimization and future strategy development

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Marketing or related field.
    • 7-10 years of experience in product marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in e-commerce or related industries especially in B2B roles.
    • Broad experience across online and offline marketing channels.
    • Expertise in digital marketing skills, channels and tools, such as SEO, SEM, CRM, Web Analytics & Reporting, with a focus on performance marketing, social media advertising and ROI analysis and optimization.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
    • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
    • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving innovation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
