    Finance and Admin Officer - Galadimawa

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle daily financial transactions including payments, receipts, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers
    • Support procurement of office items and track expenses
    • Manage petty cash and reconcile all cash advances
    • Provide administrative support to the management team as required
    • Any other duties that may be assigned

    Essential Requirements:

    • Background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 0–2 years relevant experience in a similar role
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and at least one accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Tally)
    • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • Good written and spoken English
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Must reside within Sun City, Abuja or nearby.

    Biomedical Engineer - Total Garden

    About the Job
    We are seeking a competent, reliable, and culturally aligned Biomedical Engineer to join a medical diagnostics center in Total Garden, Ibadan. This is a hands-on role that demands technical excellence, strong ownership. If you are a practical problem-solver who takes pride in keeping life-saving equipment running at peak performance, we would like to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair a wide range of biomedical equipment (patient monitors, defibrillators, infusion pumps, ventilators, anaesthesia machines, dialysis units, imaging equipment, etc.).
    • Develop and strictly follow preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
    • Troubleshoot complex technical faults quickly and effectively, both on-site and remotely where possible.
    • Conduct user training for clinical and technical staff on proper operation and basic maintenance of equipment.
    • Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and quality management systems.
    • Manage equipment documentation, service records, spare parts inventory, and calibration certificates.
    • Collaborate with procurement, clinical, and facilities teams on new equipment evaluation, installation, and decommissioning.
    • Provide on-call support as required and be willing to travel between sites at short notice.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Biomedical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
    • Minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience as a Biomedical Engineer (hospital, diagnostics or medical equipment service environment preferred).
    • Strong technical competence across a broad range of medical devices and manufacturers.

    • Availability to work Monday–Friday with alternating Saturday schedule.
