    Finance and Admin Officer - Galadimawa

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle daily financial transactions including payments, receipts, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers
    • Support procurement of office items and track expenses
    • Manage petty cash and reconcile all cash advances
    • Provide administrative support to the management team as required
    • Any other duties that may be assigned

    Essential Requirements:

    • Background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 0–2 years relevant experience in a similar role
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and at least one accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Tally)
    • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • Good written and spoken English
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Must reside within Sun City, Abuja or nearby.
