    Filling Station Dispensing Pump Advisor (Lekki-Lagos, Igbesa-Ogun,Ganmo-Kwara)

    Key responsibilities

    • Dispense petroleum products (PMS, AGO) accurately and efficiently.
    • Monitor pump meters to ensure correct readings and prevent product loss.
    • Report any pump malfunctions or irregularities immediately to the Supervisor.
    • Provide courteous and professional service to all customers.
    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
    • Promote additional products and services to enhance sales.
    • Collect payments from customers and issue receipts.
    • Ensure accurate daily cash reconciliation and handover to the Cash Officer/Supervisor.
    • Maintain transparency and accountability in all financial dealings.
    • Follow all safety procedures during product dispensing.
    • Participate in safety meetings.
    • Ensure fire extinguishers and other safety accessories are accessible and functional.
    • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness around the pump area.
    • Adhere to company policies on punctuality, discipline, dressing and professional conduct.
    • Support the station’s culture and values in daily operations.

    Requirements

    • Qualifications: OND, NCE, or SSCE
    • Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory
    • Skills/Competencies: Customer service, product knowledge, safety awareness, communication, basic technical aptitude

    Fuel Station Manager

    ROLE:

    • Oversee and evaluate the performance of Station Supervisors and attendants.
    • Ensure overall compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Set and monitor sales targets for the station, ensuring profitability.
    • Approve and review financial reconciliations and QuickBooks entries submitted by Supervisors.
    • Analyze competition surveys and market trends to guide pricing and sales strategies.
    • Liaise with government officials and regulatory agencies at a higher level.
    • Ensure long-term maintenance planning and asset management across the station.
    • Drive customer service excellence and brand reputation.
    • Review and approve reports/escalations from Supervisors before submission to head office.
    • Ensure safety culture is embedded across all station operations.
    • Lead periodic audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
    • Represent the station in management meetings and communicate strategic directives to staff.
    • Align station operations with company’s culture, values and long-term objectives.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc./HND) in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years in a similar or relevant managerial role

    Skills/Competencies:

    • Leadership, strategic planning, operations management, financial acumen, problem-solving, team development, proficient in the use of ERP

    Dispensing Gas Advisor/Filler (Ilorin,Abuja)

    Key responsibilities

    • Regularly check and adjust gas flow rates to ensure optimal performance and safety.
    • Ensure all operations comply with safety and environmental regulations.
    • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on gas dispensing equipment.
    • Identify and notify the maintenance officer on gas dispensing systems issues promptly.
    • Maintain accurate records of gas dispensing activities, maintenance logs and safety checks.
    • Work closely with the cash officer to ensure smooth operations. (payment evidence to be provided by the cashier before filling)

    Requirements
