    Partnership Associate

    The Opportunity

    As a Partnership Associate, you will:

    • Drive Revenue Growth: Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients and partners across the company\'s various product verticals.
    • Expand Market Reach: Build and maintain relationships with schools, businesses, cooperatives, associations, NGOs, and other strategic institutions.
    • Sell Multiple FinTech Solutions: Drive adoption of products across education technology, digital payments, contract financing, savings, lending, and business automation solutions.
    • Generate and Convert Leads: Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close opportunities that contribute directly to organizational revenue targets.
    • Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop relationships that increase market penetration, customer acquisition, and product adoption.
    • Represent the Brand: Conduct presentations, demonstrations, meetings, and stakeholder engagements to promote the company\'s products and services.
    • Execute Market Expansion Initiatives: Support campaigns, activations, and field engagement activities designed to grow business within assigned territories.
    • Manage the Sales Pipeline: Track prospects, follow up opportunities, and ensure timely progression from lead generation to onboarding.

    Who We\'re Looking For

    • Sales-Oriented Professional: 1–4 years experience in sales, business development, partnerships, customer acquisition, or relationship management.
    • Results-Driven Individual: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets in previous roles.
    • Strong Communicator: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Relationship Builder: Able to establish credibility and maintain productive business relationships.
    • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
    • Growth Mindset: Passionate about identifying opportunities and converting them into measurable business outcomes.
    • FinTech, Banking, SaaS, FMCG, Telecommunications, Insurance, or Education Sector experience is an added advantage.
