    Farm Operations Manager

    Farm Overview

    • 2 pen workers currently on site
    • Farm capacity: up to 10,000 birds (currently under-utilised but actively planning expansion)
    • Production focus: layers poultry with strict biosecurity and health management standards
    • We are seeking a matured, disciplined, and hands on farm manager with a minimum of 5 years practical field experience, particularly in layers poultry production.

    Key Responsibilities & Requirements
    The ideal candidate must:

    • Have strong knowledge of layers management, including feeding programs, egg production monitoring, and flock performance analysis
    • Demonstrate solid understanding of biosecurity protocols, vaccination schedules, medications, and disease prevention
    • Manage and supervise pen workers effectively, ensuring discipline, accountability, and proper record keeping
    • Monitor mortality rates, feed conversion efficiency, and peak production performance
    • Maintain accurate daily and weekly farm records (eggs, feed, mortality, medications, expenses)
    • Be proactive, trustworthy, and able to take ownership of farm operations
    • Be God fearing, responsible, and genuinely interested in longterm employment and growth with the farm

    Remuneration & Benefits

    • Salary range: N160,000 - N180,000 monthly (negotiable based on experience)
    • Salary includes allowances such as:
    • Telephone allowance
    • Transport / operations allowance
    • Accommodation provided on the farm
    • Monthly foodstuffs provided
    • Medical check-ups twice yearly
    • Quarterly salary review, subject to performance and productivity indicators such as:
    • Low mortality rate
    • Stable peak egg production
    • Efficient feed conversion
    • Overall farm growth and discipline

    Business Development Manager

    The Role

    • The Business Development Manager will take ownership of growth in South West Nigeria, driving sales targets, winning new accounts, and strengthening client relationships.
    • You will be the face of the organization to corporate clients, hospitals, clinics, and key partners — ensuring trust, credibility, and consistent value delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Market Expansion & Client Acquisition: Develop and execute winning strategies to secure new business across corporate, institutional, and individual segments.
    • Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and corporate organizations to expand our service reach.
    • Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve sales and revenue targets by closing high-value deals.
    • Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to design health plans that meet client needs while driving profitability.
    • Performance Tracking: Provide accurate pipeline forecasts, market insights, and performance reports to management.

    What Success Looks Like (KPIs)

    • Acquisition of new individual and corporate clients.
    • Sustainable revenue growth from new and existing accounts.
    • High-quality, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.

    What We Require (No Exceptions)

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields (Master’s degree is an added edge).
    • 5–7 years’ proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within an HMO or health insurance organization.
    • Deep understanding of the Nigerian healthcare insurance landscape and NHIA regulations.
    • Exceptional negotiation, pitching, and client relationship management skills.
    • A self-driven, target-oriented performer who thrives under pressure and delivers results with minimal supervision.
