    Facility Officer

    • Engage with approved contractors to deliver contracted services including but not limited to security, maintenance and waste disposal across all outlets; ensuring that all health and safety requirements are met and monitoring their performance and inspect completed work.
    • Undertake emergency and planned maintenance and repairs within capability; respond effectively and maintain a log of such works. Maintain all equipment, tools and plant in a safe and good condition; liaising with external suppliers and services where necessary.
    • Ensure fire safety equipment are serviced as at when due; check other fire equipment e.g. extinguishers for damage or expiration; maintain logs of all checks. Liaise with the fire and security contractors to arrange for servicing and repairs.
    • Initiate the necessary procedures quickly and accurately relating to the emergency services, e.g. Fire, Gas and PHCN.
    • On a daily basis, inspect and maintain the exterior premises (grounds, building, and parking).
    • Overseeing outsourced services providers e.g. , gardeners, cleaners and security staff.
    • Ensuring that the lighting, air conditioning and ventilation systems are operating properly.
    • Carry out the proactive maintenance schedule of all equipments and services including but not limited to; kitchen and store front equipments, freezers and refrigerators, ovens & heating equipments, air-conditioning, CCTVs, building interior & exterior, furniture and fittings, as agreed by management.
    • Provide emergency, day or night, facility support for emergency situations such as breakdowns in; generators, freezing equipment, and security.
    • Responsible for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, generator, cleaning, landscaping, waste removal, pest control and others defined within the portfolio of respective outlets.
    • Manage vendor performance ensuring services are delivered in accordance with the contract and to agreed standards; document and escalate instances of poor performance.
    • Ensure that operational expenditure for repair & maintenance is managed within agreed budgets and identify efficiencies where possible.
    • Ensured that all insurance, permits and licenses relating to the company’s assets (e.g. vehicles, buildings, premises, etc) are renewed in line with given deadlines to avoid penalties and any disruption to business operations.
    • Manage payments to vendors where applicable and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

    Experience & Qualifications

    • Possess at the minimum SSCE certificate (OND preferable).
    • 3-5 years of experience in a repair and maintenance / facilities management role (preferably within the Hospitality industry).
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Excellent project management, organizational & planning skills.
    • Be fair and objective in decision making.
    • Must be computer literate.
    • Must be a self-starter.
    • Results Oriented - Gets results and achieves goals.
    • Be able to successfully function during times of uncertainty and changing priorities.
    • Ability to work and keep calm under pressure.
    • Be deadline oriented and complete tasks or projects in a timely manner.

    Brand & Marketing Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the smooth & successful running of the marketing team and department.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategy to align with business goals.
    • Develop, manage and monitor the marketing budget efficiently and allocate funds efficiently to ensure value for money and ROI.
    • Oversee, co-ordinate and monitor all marketing activities and events.
    • Suggest and implement new initiatives to increase brand awareness.
    • Develop digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to the company's associated media assets pages and generate interest for the product and services.
    • Development of content, targeted messaging and channel management strategies that incorporate digital marketing skills and company brand standards to help boost sales performance.
    • Oversee the digital marketer and content distribution to various channels (online and offline) social media platforms to increase web traffic and drive foot traffic to all our stores
    • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against company goals (KPIs) to ensure profitability.
    • Build and develop strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies and vendor partners.
    • Provide direction for graphics designs to develop engaging and creative content in line with the company’s brand strategy.
    • Responsible for brand communications, marketing strategies and campaigns across all channels (online & offline).
    • Develop and execute ideas for creative marketing campaigns/events aimed at increasing brand awareness and business performance.
    • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies. Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities and challenges.
    • Recommend, develop, and implement improvements, strategies, and business processes to increase revenue and ROI of the business.
    • Oversee and approve all marketing/promotional material, from graphics to hard copy fliers, banners, ensuring brand consistency.
    • Responsible for managing the company’s PR.
    • Ensure that response to customer complaints/feedback are given in timely manner and meets stipulated guidelines (brand tone, speak, etc).
    • Provide direction to the marketing department as well as craft creative ideas aimed at increasing brand awareness & customer engagement.
    • Oversee the deliverables of all marketing-related contractors and third-party vendors for quality control whilst also ensuring alignment with brand standards.
    • Provide weekly and monthly reports to management on the progress of marketing related activities.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a minimum of HND / Bachelor's Degree with 4 - 7 years relevant work experience.
    • Masters is an added advantage.
