    Facility Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintenance & Repairs: Monitor and coordinate repairs of equipment, utilities, and building systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, generators, cold storage, and kitchen equipment).
    • Outlet Support: Ensure all outlets are fully functional by addressing facility-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Facility Management, Engineering, Estate Management, or related fields.
    • 2–4 years’ experience in facility management, preferably in QSR, retail, or hospitality.
    • Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing) and kitchen/retail equipment.
    • Familiarity with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
    • Experience managing vendors and service providers.

    HR/Admin Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for both outlet and head office roles from advertising to selection and onboarding.
    • Verify and approve payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, and leave records.
    • Coordinate performance appraisals and assist in developing improvement plans.
    • Maintain up-to-date employee files, contracts, and statutory records (pension, taxes, HMO, etc.).

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a QSR, retail, or FMCG environment.
    • Strong understanding of Nigerian labour laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.

    Senior Procurement & Admin Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for food ingredients, packaging materials, kitchen equipment, and restaurant supplies.
    • Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with business goals and operational needs.
    • Support demand planning and inventory management in collaboration with outlet managers and warehouse teams.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 4–6years of progressive experience in procurement, preferably in QSR, foodservice, FMCG, or hospitality sectors.
    • Good knowledge of supply chain systems, vendor management, and inventory controls.
    • Proficiency in procurement/ERP software
