    Facility Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Facility Manager at Turbo Energy is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and efficiency of company facilities.
    • This includes managing infrastructure, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, coordinating repairs, and supporting operational continuity across all sites.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily operations of all company facilities, ensuring they are functional, safe, and well-maintained
    • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and infrastructure
    • Coordinate repairs, renovations, and general facility upgrades
    • Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
    • Monitor facility budgets, track expenses, and optimize cost efficiency
    • Supervise facility staff, including cleaners, technicians, and security personnel
    • Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments of buildings and equipment
    • Ensure uninterrupted utilities supply (power, water, HVAC systems, etc.)

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in facility management, preferably in the energy or industrial sector
    • Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC)
    • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
    • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
    • Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software.

    Customer Service Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Customer Service Officer is responsible for delivering excellent customer experience by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and supporting clients with microfinanceproducts and services.
    • The role ensures customer satisfaction, retention, and adherence to regulatory and operational standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries on products, services, and transactions
    • Open and manage customer accounts in line with KYC and regulatory requirements
    • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution or escalation where necessary

    Tellers

    Job Summary 

    • We are looking for candidates with strong integrity, attention to detail, and a passion for excellent customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan repayments accurately
    • Balance cash transactions and maintain proper records daily
    • Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal control procedures

    Requirements
