Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Process cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan repayments accurately
• Balance cash transactions and maintain proper records daily
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal control procedures
• Attend to customer inquiries and provide basic product information
• Identify and report suspicious transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized teller station
• Support general branch operations as required

Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role (microfinance or banking experience preferred)
• Strong numerical and cash-handling skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
