    Job Summary:

    • We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Experiential Lead to design, plan, and execute innovative brand experiences that connect with our target audience and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with creative execution, manage end-to-end event experiences, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure cost-effective delivery within budget.

    • 3–5 years of experience in experiential marketing, events management, or brand activations.
    • Proven track record of executing successful events, campaigns, or activations.
    • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
    • Budget-savvy with excellent financial planning and cost management abilities.
    • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
    • Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities with a hands-on approach to execution.

    Digital Marketer

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketer to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all online platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence, engaging with influencers, driving brand visibility, and maximising ROI through social media, SEO, and sponsored ads.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across key platforms including Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook, and TikTok.
    • Manage end-to-end influencer engagement, including identifying, onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with influencers to boost brand visibility and reach.
    • Oversee website management and ensure continuous improvement in SEO to optimize traffic, rankings, and user experience.
    • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms to achieve performance marketing objectives such as lead generation, brand growth, and sales.
    • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, ensuring strategies are data-driven and optimised for results.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, sales, product) to align marketing activities with business goals.
    • Stay updated with digital trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools/technologies to keep the brand competitive in the digital space.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
    • Proven experience (2–4 years) in digital marketing or social media marketing.
    • Hands-on experience with social media management tools, SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs), and ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
    • Strong knowledge of influencer marketing and experience in managing influencers partnerships.
    • Excellent understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices across IG, YouTube, X, FB, and TikTok.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to design and implement innovative campaigns.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team, with keen attention to detail and results orientation.
