Job Description

• Supervisor to oversee the workflow at our facilities. A supervisor is also responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates,
• Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks,
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching,
• Receive complaints and resolve problems.
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
• Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.
• Prepare and submit performance reports.
• Decide on reward and promotion based on performance.
• Hire and train new employees.
• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• 3 - 5 years work experience.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 monthly

Job Description

• Front Desk Representative (Receptionist) undertakes all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of the main entrance.
• You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression that will be made.

Responsibilities

• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.).
• Greet and welcome guests.
• Answer questions and address complaints.
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
• Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
• Check, sort and forward emails.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Keep updated records and files.
• Monitor office expenses and costs.
• Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.).

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• 2 - 3 years work experience.
• Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position.
• Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.).
• Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Customer service orientation.

Salary
N40,000 - N70,000 monthly.
