    Storekeeper

    Description

    • The Store Keeper is responsible for the proper receipt, storage, issuance, and accountability of company uniforms and store items.
    • The role ensures accurate record-keeping, proper stock control, and timely availability of uniforms for ushers and bouncers to support smooth event and security operations.
    • The Store Keeper maintains orderliness in the store, tracks inventory movement, and reports shortages or damages in line with company policies.

    Responsibilities

    • Receive, inspect, and record all uniforms and store items supplied to the store.
    • Maintain proper storage and organization of uniforms by size, type, and category.
    • Issue uniforms to ushers and bouncers based on approved requests and maintain issue records.
    • Track uniform movement, including issuance, returns, and replacement.
    • Ensure all issued uniforms are returned after events and properly accounted for.
    • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with records.
    • Report damaged, missing, or worn-out uniforms to management for replacement.
    • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of store at all times.
    • Ensure uniforms are properly stored to prevent loss, damage, or misuse.
    • Prepare periodic stock and inventory reports for management.
    • Support uniform fitting and sizing during deployment preparation.
    • Comply with company policies on asset management and accountability.
