    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, handling confidential matters, and ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.

    Civil Engineer

    Job Description

    • Our client is seeking to hire an experienced, driven civil engineer with a wealth of industry knowledge. To ensure success, the ideal candidate should be comfortable splitting their hours between the office, on-site visits, and attending council meetings.
    • The civil engineer should be a critical thinker and have sound subject knowledge of mathematics and physics to identify and solve engineering problems.
    • You must also possess a certain level of creativity in order to present innovative solutions and improvements to technical processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Developing detailed designs.

    • Familiarity with design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
    • Knowledge of map creation software and photo imaging software.

    Accountant

    Job Description

    • Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join their team.
    • You will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, contributing to the overall financial health of the company.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Manage general ledger accounts, ensuring proper classification and recording of all financial transactions.
