    Entry Level Real Estate Sales Executives

    We are seeking motivated and goal-driven Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for individuals starting a career in real estate sales and business development. Successful candidates will be responsible for promoting properties, generating leads, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to prospective clients
    • Identify and follow up on sales leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and marketing campaigns
    • Conduct property inspections and site visits with clients
    • Educate clients on property features, pricing, payment plans, and documentation
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
    • Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets
    • Support marketing activities such as open houses, roadshows, and exhibitions
    • Stay updated on real estate market trends and company property listings

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
    • 0–1 year experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (experience is an advantage but not required)
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Confidence, self-motivation, and a positive attitude
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and smartphone applications
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
