    Executive Driver

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Driver to join our firm . The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of five years of professional driving experience. As an Executive Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation for our executives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Safely transport executives to and from various locations, including meetings, events, and airports.
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
    • Plan routes and schedules to ensure timely arrival at destinations, taking into account traffic conditions and any potential delays.
    • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle, both inside and out.
    • Monitor vehicle maintenance and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
    • Provide assistance with luggage, packages, and other belongings as required.
    • Uphold all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle.
    • Remain flexible and adaptable to changes in schedule or unexpected situations.
    • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

    Requirements:

    • Must stay on the Island as the job location is in Ajah.
    • Minimum of five years of professional driving experience, with a clean driving record.
    • Previous experience as an executive driver or chauffeur preferred.
    • Valid driver's license and excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Neat and professional appearance.
    • Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
    • Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting preferred.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

    Church Administrator

    • We are looking for a responsible, proactive church administrator to be responsible for managing the daily operations of the church, through supervising staff and church volunteers(workers), managing the church's schedule of events, ensuring the effective use of church income, and keeping accurate records. The Church Administrator will manages staff and volunteers, works with the community, and supports the pastor and other church staff members.
    • The church administrator should be able to handle multiple tasks to ensure the church is well-run, maintained, and staffed.
    • The church administrator should be generous, efficient, detail-oriented, and professional.

    Responsibilities:

    • Managing daily operations and maintaining office supplies and records.
    • Coordinating, planning, and executing church events.
    • Assisting in creating budgets, pay bills, overseeing payrolls, and tracking and record church income from donations and sales.
    • Recruiting and hiring staff and volunteers, and overseeing their work and vacation schedules.
    • Handling church communications and publications, creating and distributing bulletins and newsletters.
    • Overseeing church facility maintenance and security operations.
    • Assisting with scheduling meetings, purchasing or renting church equipment and facilities, and enforcing church policies for facility use.
    • Building and maintaining relationships with the congregation and community.

    • An associate's degree in business, office management, or accounting related field.
    • 2 years' office or administrative experience.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong computer skills and ability to operate office equipment.
    • Ability to handle stress and problem solve.
    • Ability to keep confidential and sensitive information.
    • A commitment to standing as a moral and upstanding representative of the church
