    Executive Assistant

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level strategic support directly to the Executive Management team.
    • The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities with discretion and professionalism.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide high-level strategic support directly to the Executive Management.
    • Coordinate complex scheduling and act as a liaison between the Executive Management and other staff or external contacts.
    • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
    • Conduct research and analyze data to prepare reports and presentations.
    • Ensure execution of action points from Executive Committee meetings.
    • Assist in other official or personal tasks and errands as they may be assigned.

    Requirements

    • Organize training programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Prepare monthly written departmental reports and conduct bi-annual appraisals of unit members.
    • Ensure departmental and toolbox meetings are held weekly, fostering communication and teamwork.
    • Provide leadership to the department, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
    • Advise management on the procurement of medical devices, conducting extensive research on price, quality, maintenance, and after-sales service plans.
    • Liaise with technicians and manufacturers to ensure the feasibility of products in terms of design and economic viability.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
    • Proven experience in biomedical engineering, preferably in a leadership role.
    • Strong technical skills and knowledge of medical equipment.
